Yes, there is racism in Ethiopia and it is chocking black people's life and destroying their confidence, preventing them from equal opportunity and benefits of being free men and women. I am against this racism in Ethiopia. I will endeavour to highlight the issue to Ethiopians themselves. Africans, African Americans and all justic-loving communities through out the world. Obang metho is black, and smart, but will not be able to realise his potential in Ethiopia or Ethiopian community elsewhere as he has been seen as slave and not representing Ethiopia. What matters is not what character you have, but what you look like. Your deed does not matter, but your phenotype matters in Ethiopia. It is like Nazi policy of pure blood during 1940's where they killed and sterilised people they thought did not meet their criteria. If you are solder and fought for your perceived country and fallen, will not be buried, because you are black!. How bad is this? That apply in getting job, promotion and even what you said does not count as long as you are black in Ethiopia. Ethiopians will brush aside this and go on doing all they do as usual, but the world need to pay attention on this. It is enough to have small clash in the country; they will kill all blacks without compassion as was in Rwanda.
