Just because OLF said so, doesn’t necessarily mean OLF is the legal authority or legitimate political party. Political party by law shouldn’t involved itself in curving lands, fabricated borders, national flag, anthem or enter sovereign issue into any negotiations with any party. The only party authorized to do such sensitive national issue should be a recognized elected authority of a given government, not a political/criminal party/parties. TPLF did several illegal curving or reforming borders out of its authority and has caused many conflicts as you all know. And new and old conflict between ethnic communities is occurring and will continue to surface for future.

Regarding language repression or language to use it illegally for the purpose of secession to establishing new country based on language is irresponsible. Any land with Oromo speaking community is taken as if it is of Oromo’s or as or ethnic Oromo is unacceptable. If I take you for a moment to Eritrea, the entire freedom was bogus and was given through conspiracy, not through historical or legal ground. The entire western low land speaks Arabic and is Islamic religion followers. There are Habesha from head to toe. Just because they made to speak Arabic or made to follow Islam doesn’t necessarily mean, they are Arabs (though their elite tended to say they are Arabs with rights to secede. - Just like the OLF elites are jabbering with a lot of myth). 

Even, let us say, the Eritrean Rasheida in GindaA who are Arab descendants who are citizens of Eritrea look Arab and speak Arabic. But, just because they lived for many centuries, their elites can’t claim secession because of government repression. Similarly also, no one has the right to evict them from their locality they lived for centuries as an Eritrean citizens because they speak Arabic not Tigringa. Their ultimatum to solve the government’s repression is demand for establishing democratic institutions, not secession.
The same option goes to the Oromo or any community in Ethiopia. To the question “what are the root cause for secession” as Berhanu asked; or to the question of language as root cause, or repression of the Oromo people by government; _____. What are the root causes? Well, not several causes, but one. That root cause is the “elite”! The elite provoke ethnic conflict or demand for cession. Through such provocation they climbed to power. Elites never ask power/wealth directly. They go through such conflict to get into it. We have seen that in Eritrea and with TPLF elites (power, massive of unbelievable wealth by the elites, worst tyranny/repression in order to keep the public under controlee when the myth of land of honey and milk turned a to the land of “myth”.
Secession is not democracy. It never was part of democracy that was known in America, Greek, France or any where. Even religious books the Quran and the Bible ridiculed disintegration of humanity through any canning parties. Governmnet institution, elites, or political party have no right to split communities or have no  human or natural right/authority to decide which family should live that border which part of the family should evicted/DEPORTE from that or this land. Land is not owned by government or by political elites. But it is that intoxication of communist doctrinarian that we are familiar with.  The elites (government/political leaders) clamed who own the urban houses/lands and farm lands of the country, who design the split of community and family apart are the designers of split/secession. This occurred because they think they posses us. That is where the power and their wealth are rooted. It is that ego why they never ask power or wealth up front but they provoke secession and ethnic conflict to get there. Therefore the root cause is not the people or repression but the elite for power/wealth hunger. Cessation /national questions theory of Marxism/Leninism.  Democratic issue has nothing to do with disintegration known in America, the founder of modern democracy.
Merera Gudina underlined in his book for us to take a note of it regarding “national question”

 Thanks Dr.Merera. Indeed, it has been the most used and misused principle in Ethiopia to a level of religious faith/or hypocrisy. The OLF or any secessionist followers who are new generation need to understand that such principle is Marxist/Leninist communist ideology not democratic ideology.  This is why, I say, time to confront reality and throw away myth and lie! Elites on both sides are not going to accept it. Since, it is their principal bridge to climb to power and wealth. One more issue needed to be answered raised by one fellow who asked me why I always oppose OLF elites/leaders all the time in my articles as a principle. Well, here is why. Many of the OLF /elites who simply loved to deal with a bravado of slogans like asserting Oromo freedom of secession “by all means necessary!” We knew they are lying. If you recall one of the most venomous, hateful anti Ethiopian OLF elite by the name “Asafa Jalata” in a public discussion forum with Dr.Gelawdewos Araya (an Ethiopian) at one of the forums prepared by one of the university institutions here in US; - Ato Asafa Jalata asserted loudly with his bravado of “Liberation of Oromia Republic will come by all means necessary” including “by force of gun”!  Here we are made to hear lies after lies made by middle elites who themselves never was interested in such slogan in practice. They are all interested to push poor farmer’s and mothers who have one young school children waiting and hoping her child to help her out of poverty in any way he could working in life , but made to be snatched away by Asafa Jalata’s and Ibsa Guema’s , Lencho’s ,  or the Musa’s and the rest of the endless numerous OLF  Abbo (leaders) to die for them, while the Abbo them selves are kicking comfortable life here in USA and in Europe sending their children to universities away from the death field!
Here again what Dr.Merera Gudina observed in a meeting he attended in 2000, and what he heard in the conference from disgusted and frustrated audiences regarding the OLF leaders when it comes to interpretation in practice of their bravado of “By all means necessary” slogan.

 This is serious issue. So, why would you feel bitter if I always opposed or expose these elites who are known to be found “liars” in contrary to what they preach they will do? Asafa Jalata, , Beyan, or any of the elites and their lawyers, who wrote dozens of books and pamphlets and press releases,  about the upcoming “Republic of Oromiya” and the necessary of keeping the gun alive go there and carry the gun and live in the bush and lead the program they wrote ? This is a serious business of distortion and cunning need to be exposed!

The reason why they still keep lying is because they have cults who live in exile with them lying the same lie with the same attitude of bravado enjoying Satellite Dish here with them in exile, enjoying the death of the poor Oromo youth in the bush fighting for a wrong mission preached by wrong preachers who are operating from exile thousands of thousands of sky miles away. The cults themselves are liars who simply are not ready to go to the bush to fight with the slogan they repeat “by all means necessary” if they are asked to join the death of hell. So, GIM _LE GIM_ABRO _YAZEGIM!!!! That is why  the y have so many cults we hear them in exile covering the lies of the elites in return covering themselves with the same fakery and lie. The masses need to learn how to say “enough is enough!”  Learn from the Eritrean elites and fake freedom of independence and the intoxication of their cults and judge yourself the misery the Eritreans are bearing every day for the last 17 years.
