The ill intents, that is of KIL, to destroy Kinjit are on record. To that effect also, we made it public when Andargachew Tsiege in early 2006, first coined the letter of intent to exile Kinjit and secretly sent it to Addis Abeba to the attention of one of his dear K- Five member, namely, Brehanu Nega.

•·         By the way, the two, that is Brhanu Nega and Andargachew are said to go way back in their friendship, as told by no one less than Andargachew himself in our summer meeting of 2006 in Washington DC. He even said he was the person who was fully responsible to edit the book the notorious Brehan authored.

•·         In his statement of giving us the highlight on the book, Andargachew also told us how he had to receive and then send back through the same channel [s] 600 pages of edited manuscripts of  Brehanu's book from and back to Kality. [ 600 pages might have been going back and forth at the least four times which will make it 2400 pages coming and going all with out raising an eye brow?]  

•·        Folks, I have somewhat a hang up here as to how over 2400 pages of manuscripts were being smuggled out from the maximum prison of Ethiopia, several times until the final finish, where as getting one page clarification paper from the Chairman was the most difficult thing ever for KNA Chairman.

•·        Do you know folks that if we would have had that access from Engineer Hailu Shawoul to get papers smuggled out of prison, that we might have had long solved the problems between us and KIL, at least on our side?

•·        The only time we got paper from Chairman Hailu Shawoul was during his stay in hospital.

•·        This then raises some questions like, could it be may be Dr. Brehanu has some magic and can do, like the papers weren't smuggled out but rather floated out through the chimney or the walls of the prison cell, or better yet, given to stand by TPLF cadres and shipped to London via embassy diplomatic pouch? Otherwise can you imagine about 2400 pages or about  10 lbs of written papers coming and going as it pleased through a course of its writing, editing, proof reading and then final scanning process before it is sent out for printing and never raised an eye brow with TPLF? DR. Brehanu someday needs to come clean with us on this too. There is some kinky thing going here folks.

Back to the main point:

The K-five member, Brehanu, working probably with few others, in turn approved Andargachew's  e-mail and re-sent it as a supposedly approved document by the Chairman, appointing the list of names Andargachew suggested, six in all, in what is later to be the KIL groupies This was the beginning of the long conspiracy to divide Kinijit and eventually destroy it.

In that e-mail, which was made public later after an uproar, the KIL groupies positions and missions were clearly stated and defined including what is to happen to Kiinijit as an organization. The e-mail makes no mistake of exiling Kinijit out of Ethiopia to the Diaspora and then positioning the KIL groupies electives above everyone else including KNA, its Chairman and the chapters. In simple, Kinijit was to become your personal tradable commodity for sell to the highest bidder.

•·         Then what happened?

•·          We pulled their rug from under their feet and exposed their true evil nature of KIL to the Ethiopians in the Diaspora and back home. We forced them and their ill gotten intentions against the wall.

•·          Then what?

•·          Then they had no better recourse but to cow down and put their tails between their legs like frost bitten dog and move back in reverse all to buy time.

Note:

•·         I have to admit that here, we failed and failed terribly, I mean KNA. We were out gunned and out smarted by KIL. In retrospect, what we should have done was to follow our course of action until we destroyed their ill intentions instead of leaving them still with their blue print in hand. What a shame on us? But please reserve your disappointment for a while

•·         Because when we are done with them, that is kIL, it won't its blue prints that can be of substance nor would it ever attempt to excite itself in its mischief's again.

•·         You have the right and why not? After all silence is admittance. You know why we waited for so long? It is because of what our actions will produce. We believed it will divide the Diaspora community in ways it will never be imagined. However, today it is rather our inaction that became our problem than this late of an action. For that, we beg you to forgive us. But here we are taking our time to give you nothing but the truth.

•·         Though we succeeded to thwart Andargachew's devilish intents, and for a while he stopped cowering, he never dismissed the idea in its entirety. To that effect, DR, Gtachew Haile, a man KIL loves to hate for his Ethiopiawinet, wrote an article entitled "Assa Kewha Party Kehager Keweta Yemotal". How so true? Love that man!

•·         Mind you folks, these are not sweet talks but deeds, true deeds of a terrible nature. Snatching away what the Ethiopian people died for. Kinjit is their symbol, and their rock bottom their hope, their party. Andargachew, Brehane, Mogus and Daniel not only deserves to be publicly rebuked and condemned " Guilty as accused on all counts" , but also must be forewarned to stay away from any such mischiefs that has a potential to destroy an organization.

The above also are only some of the highlights of crimes the kIL groupies committed among others against the Ethiopian people.  

As for the K-Five, they still have the opportunity to abandon these little known groupies of merchant of trade; trade not to benefit and help the future of the country, but their personal gains only.

But looking at the designs and perpetual calculating moves the K-Five are making, they have no serious interest but a mocking plan while they still do their little dirty jobs thanks for their architect Brehanu who is out to destroy the organization he never in the first place intended to stay in it.

•·         Our advice to the K-Five therefore is simple; leave the crime love boat and stay away on a dry land lest you want to think with it.

•·         Kil is a tainted group of people. For the K-Five to be seen with them on the same podium will hurt not only their images but that of the Party they are supposed to represent or betraying it if I may say?.

•·         If you will continue to carry out defiantly the people's call and will keep pushing the envelope [ I am talking to K- Five here] further with an intent to challenge the Chairman and the Party more than you have already done, you will only be self destructing to the extent you may never recover from it. Therefore, reason out among yourselves and come back to the fold. Division will only benefit Woyanne and not the Ethiopian people and Kinjit.

•·         If you don't do that, [ K-Five]you will be accused, and you will go down in history as no less than the "the Kil groupies who betrayed the principle's of their party and their obligation's to the people of Ethiopia"

•·         Such behavior has no place in today's critical Ethiopian politics where each needs the other, and one doesn't survive by himself. It is good to have principles but wallowing with it is nothing but a weakness in itself. Cut the KIl away and come back to the fold.

We have heard about the CD's you made of Woizero Bertukan and what you did with it. Small world ha?

Yes, a drop of one propaganda may worth something in its punch power. But one bad propaganda like the one you folks in kil made and sent out to Ethiopia, will have a ten times negative out put that is very destructive to your whatever you call it. Therefore, my simple advice to you is stop this comical game in future. Don't repeat it.

However, because you wanted to play dirty game instead of sincerely negotiating to settle your difference with the Chairman, we won't you to know our counter moves have already been on the ground before yours arrived.

What does that mean? It means your ideas have been ambushed and your comical attempt to convert the mass has failed. Got it?

•·         You know what folks, the history of KIL, in this short span of their lives is so badly infested, that leave alone to be around these groupies and get identified with them in public, even saluting them has now become like an infectious disease one has to run away from.

Why? Because for one, they are divisive, and two, they lie, three they are out to destroy the only political organization that is the hope of the Ethiopian people, the Kinjit.. Again it is all in the record book!

•·         Another part of their missive character? They are disrespectful to everybody but selectively to elders and leaders. Their hero is Ato Girma Kassa of Chicago. He is their Amy Award winner best known for his act in insulting, demeaning, defaming, character assassinations of KNA and KIC officials all approved by KIL's hierarchy all using a concocted and manufatured data of lies.

The praise for being the bad boy of internet was first bestowed upon him by Andargahachew Tsige then Brehanu Mewa and recently by Brehanu.

Girma Kassa, demeaned and insulted elders like DR. Getachew Haile, Ato Abate Kassa. Girma Kassa called the Chairman of Kinjit Hailu Shawoul a lier, arrogant and belligerent. This are the few records I will mention about their man with mass destructive power to represent the KIL. What a group?

•·         Co-towing such group of people known for nothing more than violations after violations of rights and privileges of others, for the K-Five and the party they represent, the Kinjit, that is if at all they care for it, is very damaging. Girma Kassa and the KIL groupies are liabilities.

•·         Your tour of North America will be over soon unless otherwise you are planning to stay behind and seek political asylum as we here couple of you are seriously contemplating to just do that while one has already accepted an offer.

•·         Girma Kassa lied right when he said Solomon Bekele is about to defect and then later on he is about to go on public radio and confirm it, something Solomon never contemplated and never will.

•·         We advice you, [ K-Five] not request to disassociate yourselves from this evil group, called KIL.

•·         The K-Fives have still the opportunity to humble it self [read Kinjit Press release] posted on Yahoogroups e-mail distribution list] and come back to the fold by officially submitting a letter of request to dialogue and to settle your differences and work with the Chairman and in Kinjit.

•·         Ofcourse, the money you so far collected in the name of the organization must thoroughly be accounted and put in a new account and bank planned to be opened soon.

Critical facts on record about Addis Ababa Mayoral election and who really won the election:

•·         You know folks,the most weirdest statements and claims that those who support Brehanu Nega are making? They claim Brehane Nega won the national election of 2005 to govern Addis Ababa City. Folks, it wasn't Brehanu who won the election, but EDP-Medhin as a party. This statement therefore is a tainted statement.

•·         For the record this is how it is: After EDP-MEDHIN won the election, an underground deal was made and reached between folks who new how to play politics. Dr. Admasu Gebeyeu, the EDP-Medhin Chairman, to whom the honor of becoming the Mayor of Addis Ababa was to be bestowed upon by his party, instead passed the baton to DR. Brehanu Nega, choosing to stay as the vice mayor of the city.

•·         There is also a claim though not documented on paper, by Ledetu Ayalew, who complained the giving away of the Addis Abeba Mayoral election that what was earned by EDP/MEDHIN party to an unknown Brehanu. Some say that was the turning point for Ledetu to leave the party though proven track records of his background working as Woyanne's point one man was true, and that regardless, he would have joined the parliament anyway.  

•·         Yes, Brehanu did win an election, but from his constituencies somewhere else, and not for Addis Ababa mayoral election. Got it folks? Good. Brehanu will have never won the mayoral election by himself had he been from that area because then and still he is an unknown quantity.

For the record, Brehanu's name never emerged as a power player in Ethiopian politics save only for his past growing years of playing some rolls in EPRP, the background of which is under study and investigation?

Hailu Shawoul?

 Talk about name and jebudent of a person whose name is a house hold and synonymous with freedom and democracy, Hailu Shawoul towers every one known! That is why when he arrived at Reagan Airport he was named " the Father of Ethiopian Democracy"

If one will look in to Hailu Shawoul's bio-data in the service of his country, one gets a top notch individual who through and through has been in the struggle of his country for over 40 years of his life. Talk about having credentials? Until you unearth some one better, Hailu is the Ethiopian people's choice. Few folks may not like it, but those are in insignificant quarters of the population, like TPLF supporters.

Chairman Hailu has a proven and sophisticated track record of running and executing decisions whose combined equivalent in experience and decision making is guaranteed to honor the nation in its quest to resolve the many problems facing it.
Those that are lining themselves up as his possible replacements, are the new version of young African leaders, dressed and salted to be on the table not to serve but to be served.

Among them are Brehan and Bertukan

Woizero Bertukan?

 Well Well, Woizero Berukan is a young single mother who is only 33 years of age and still blooming.

Woeizero Brtukan, never had a direct exposure in serving in the beaurocratic environment of the Ethiopian government. Therefore, leave alone to position herself as a contender to the chairman's position and a possible heir apparent, she will have serious difficulty even in managing a large corporation unless otherwise she will start as an under trainee for a while as a junior officer somewhere in a small to middle range corporation. To lead a country like Ethiopia, with so many mind and nerve racking problems of which beaurocracy she is clueless about, therefore, becomes a case of competitive negatives. In other words, the very idea of it should never be contemplated in its least qualify-able scenarios. Period!

 Bertukan, as we have learned it from Indian Ocean, her long time companion, an ethnic Tigrayan leaving in Kenya in exiles in fear of the brutal government of Melese, rumor has it, is said to favor her stay behind with him than going back home. Most however believe she will go home regardless. I certainly believe the later is the likely hood though nobody could say what the power of love could do when it is in competition with political destinies, Like Prince Charles and Cmela, his own father's case and Cesar and Cleopatra.

Yes, she did one hell lot of a job by going to her chambers and presiding over the civil service court and doing her job with a conscious that is honorable and clear, for which I have a high respect. Because of her, the Seye Brothers were free for some hours though freedom in Ethiopia only exists if Melese says you are free and not the courts. [Folks, we hear the new car she was given was 80% paid for by Seye brothers who did it through a third party not as a bribe but just a thank you. That is also what we hear triggered Woyanne to go ballistic and started arresting people [ 16 in all] who contributed the little they have into the fund].

Abrham Yemaneab is another example who was picked up on his way home after hours he was freed by another court over whom another bold judge like Bertukan presided. Such phenomena THEREFORE ISN'T NEW IN ITSELF OR A DEED OF ONLY ONE PERSON WITH OUT UNDERMINING ANYONE though that poor judge didn't get any compensation even in a form of a bicycle.

Come tomorrow, that is when she is in that ripe age where education and experiences are well merged and in tune, it may be Bertukn's day. Whatever she wants to do tomorrow the opportunities and challenges will be there waiting, though in-tomorrow too, as in today, are contenders. For now therefore, she is the untested and the unqualified for the position of leading the country.
Her rise in the political latitude of the Ethiopian nation is good for the country, especially the Ethiopian women, the large voting block of the society whose historical subjugation by the alpha male is a point not to be forgotten.
As Ethiopians, we have to analyze situations with out taking side and state what is right and what works for the country. As is and now, there is no other power personality that has passed the test of time in leadership that Woyanne looks and fears as someone who could unite the country and nationalist as in Hailu, not to mention his education and experience.

The road ahead for the K-Five will get rougher also only if they don't heed our advice and come to the fold and not otherwise.

 Ethiopia needs all her children. So is Kinijit. We can't afford a split. Coming back to the fold for the K-Five is a must. Playing not dirty politics but decent and honorable one will help the party and its cause to move ahead. Less of it is back tracking on ones' commitment.

The K-Five's must also think of their days of departure for Ethiopia and the kinds of crowds that will work its way to meet them. I tell you folks, it will either be ugly or beautiful. There is no an in-between color.

The lead crop of the K-Five abandoning the ship?

 Currently it is a rumor. But also they say it is a rumor that is building momentum by the days.
News surfacing around States that Brehanu has already accepted and signed a contract for three years to teach at a university, meaning he isn't going back is more and more growing.

What is left of the K- Five now then are Dr. Hilu, a very respected, gallant Ethiopian who stood head-on and fought Mengestu Hilemariam, unafraid of what that devil could have done to him.  DR. Hailu has nothing but good things for Ethiopia. If it was Hailu's choice, I am sure, things could have been settled peacefully than the nasty confrontation and bad omen the K-Five's brought that is rocking Ethiopian politics in a very bad way.
Engineer Negash and Ato Brook? Well the two are misguided individuals, who can still serve with in the party as part of the mid-generation Ethiopians that can connect well with tomorrow's generations. Yet they have to account for their mistakes as anybody should to the party and humble themselves and agree to work with in the leadership.

Dr. Gebeyeu, the EDP-Medhin Chairman, to whom the honor of becoming the Mayer of Addis Ababa was to be bestowd upon by his party, instead passed the baton to DR. Brehanu Nega, choosing to stay as the vice mayor of the city. Yes, Brehanu did win an election, but from his constituencies somewhere else, and not for Addis Ababa mayoral election. Got it folks? Good. Brehanu then and still is a little unknown quantity except in Addis Ababa.

Again for the record, Brehanu's name never emerged as a power player in Ethiopian politics save only for his past growing years of playing some rolls in EPRP, the background of which is under study?

Hailu Shawoul?

 Talk about name and jebudent of a person whose name is a house hold and synonymous with freedom and democracy, Hailu Shawoul towers every one known!

If one will look in to Hailu Shawoul's bio-data in the service of his country, one gets a top notch individual who through and through has been in the struggle of his country for over 40 years of his life. Talk about having credentials? Until you unearth some one better, Hailu is the Ethiopian people's choice. Few folks may not like it, but those are in insignificant quarters of the population, like TPLF supporters.

Woizero Bertukan?

 Woizero Berukan is a young single mother who is only 33 years of age and still blooming.

Woeizero Brtukan, never had a direct exposure in serving in the beaurocratic environment of the Ethiopian government. Therefore, leave alone to position herself as a contender to the chairman's position and a possible heir apparent, she will have serious difficulty even in managing a large corporation unless otherwise she will start as an under trainee for a while as a junior officer somewhere. To lead a country like Ethiopia, with so many mind and nerve racking problems of which beaurocracy she is clueless about, therefore, becomes a case of competitive negatives. In other words, the very idea of it should never be contemplated in its least qualify-able scenarios. Period!

 Bertukan, as we have learned it from Indian Ocean, her long time companion, an ethnic Tigrayan leaving in Kenya in exiles in fear of the brutal government of Melese, rumor has it, is said to favor her stay behind with him than going back home. Most however believe she will go home regardless. I certainly believe that later is the likely hood though nobody could say what the power of love could do when it is in competition with political destinies, Like Prince Charles, his is own father's case and Cesar and Cleopatra.

Yes, she did one hell lot of a job by going to her chambers and presiding over the civil service court and doing her job with a conscious that is honorable and clear, for which I have a high respect. Because of her, the Seye Brothers were free for some hours though freedom in Ethiopia only exists if Melese says you are free and not the courts.

Abrham Yemaneab is another example who was picked up on his way home after hours he was freed by another court over whom another bold judge like Bertukan presided. Such phenomen THEREFORE ISN'T NEW IN ITSELF OR A DEED OF ONLY ONE PERSON WITH OUT UNDERMINING ANYONE.

Come tomorrow however, it may be Bertukn's day. Whatever she wants to do tomorrow the opportunities and challenges will be there waiting, though in-tomorrow too, as in today, are contenders. For now therefore, she is the untested and the unqualified for the position of leading the country.
Her rise in the political latitude of the Ethiopian nation is good for the country, especially the Ethiopian women, the large voting block of the society whose historical subjugation by the alpha male is a point not to be forgotten.
As Ethiopians, we have to analyze situations with out taking side and state what is right and what works for the country. As is and now, there is no other power personality that has passed the test of time in leadership that Woyanne looks and fears as a uniter and nationalist as in Hailu.

Chairman has a proven and sophisticated track record of running and executing decisions whose combined equivalent in experience and decision making is guaranteed to honor the nation in its quest to resolve the many problems facing it.
Those that are lining themselves up as his possible replacements, are the new version of young African leaders, dressed and salted to be on the table not to serve but to be served.

The road ahead for the K-Five will get rougher only if they don't heed our advice and come to the fold and not otherwise.

 Ethiopia needs all her children. So is Kinijit. We can't afford a split. Coming back to the fold for the K-Five is a must. Playing not dirty politics but decent and honorable one will help the party and its cause to move ahead. Less of it is back tracking on ones' commitment.

The K-Five's must also think of their days of departure for Ethiopia and the kinds of crowds that will work its way to meet them. I tell you folks, it will either be ugly or beautiful. There is no an in-between color.

The lead crop of the K-Five abandoning the ship?

 Currently it is a rumor. But also they say it is a rumor that is building momentum by the days.
News surfacing around states that Brehanu has already accepted and signed a contract for three years to teach at a university, meaning he isn't going back is more and more growing.

What is left of the K- Five now then are Dr. Hilu, a very respected, gallant Ethiopian who stood head-on and fought Mengestu Hilemariam, unafraid of what that devil could have done to him.  DR. Hailu has nothing but good things for Ethiopia. If it was Hailu's choice, I am sure, things could have been settled peacefully than the nasty confrontation and bad omen the K-Five's brought that is rocking Ethiopian politics in a very bad way.
Engineer Gezachew and Ato Brook? Well the two are misguided individuals, who can still serve with in the party as part of the mid-generation Ethiopians that can connect well with tomorrow's generations. Yet they have to account for their mistakes as anybody should to the party and humble themselves and agree to work with in the leadership..
